As a full-service event management company, Favored Conferences & Events goes above and beyond to ensure our clients and attendees all have a tremendous experience at the events we host.

To ensure this is the case, we offer a wide range of services for our clients, including many things you may not think about or consider, including A/V Support.

Favored Events owns production equipment we can bring in and manage for you - everything from presentation clickers, to laptops, to sound equipment. For larger events, we can work with our preferred vendors to get you a great rate on the equipment you need! Even if it’s in-house A/V at the venue - we can manage it for you!

We work to assess what your speakers and presenters need and then we communicate that with the A/V team and ensure you have what you need on-site. We event provide troubleshooting for any unforeseen issue that may pop up.

Even if you’re a big company with your own A/V team - we will coordinate with them to manage your needs. That's where our run of show and our team management becomes really critical. We make sure that when we're collecting all the information for the speakers, everything gets relayed to the A/V team - so they know in this session, we need mini mics and this color lighting.

We basically serve as technical director that coordinates the A/V and makes sure everyone is on the right page.
